During the process, 35 plots were withdrawn following a court order. In the first phase held on October 12, 2026, 150 plots were sold for ₹366.33 crore.

The auction of the remaining eligible plots was scheduled for November 3, 2026, from 11 AM to 5 PM. Buyers should refer to the latest NLMC auction notices and corrigenda for confirmed results, the updated list of available plots and applicable terms.
